Botulinum treatment is a well-researched method used for both medical and aesthetic purposes. Medically, it can help with migraines, bruxism and hyperhidrosis. Aesthetically, botulinum relaxes muscle tension, softens lines and allows for subtle refinement of facial features.
Biostimulators such as Sculptra and the Finnish Tience activate the skin's own collagen production and strengthen its structure from within. The skin gradually renews itself naturally, resulting in firmer, more vibrant and more balanced skin over time.
Restylane Skinboosters provide intense deep hydration for the skin and improve its structure without adding volume. The treatment increases skin elasticity and radiance, leaving a naturally fresh and even result.
Dermal filler treatments restore facial volume, enhance features and subtly balance the overall look. We use Restylane fillers to achieve a natural and harmonious result. We also offer safe filler dissolutions with Hyalase treatment.
PRP and PRF treatments harness the body's own growth factors to renew the skin. Made from the patient's own blood plasma, the treatment activates the skin's repair processes and supports collagen formation. The result is naturally brighter, firmer and more vibrant skin. The treatments are also suitable for the scalp to support hair growth.

To minimise risks, we treat an area of approximately 5 × 10 cm per session.
We recommend applying a topical anaesthetic cream (e.g. Emla), available over the counter at pharmacies, to the treatment area one hour before the procedure.

I am Dr Avesta Dero, and my work combines a strong medical foundation with a refined aesthetic vision. My more than 20 years in healthcare began in London, and over the years I have built broad expertise centred on the patient's overall wellbeing.
